The commercial real estate developer, Six/Ten LLC, approached ASAP seeking premium branded print materials to help them secure large leasing deals with new, high-end tenants.

An initial discussion with their sales team revealed two primary goals: first, to promote Six/Ten’s full-service offerings as both a developer and landlord; and second, to position the city of Winter Haven as an ideal location for out-of-town businesses looking to establish a presence.

Using content ideas provided by my supervisor, a lifelong resident of Winter Haven, I designed a pocket folder brochure to support these objectives. This format—with its larger size and additional pocket on the back cover—allowed Six/Ten’s team to present supplementary sales materials in a polished, organized package for prospective tenants.
